A little patience is required with this technique but it can be extremely potent and powerful in getting you traffic, especially if you persist in doing it in doing it for a couple of months.

Remember that even where you gain a single contact, handled properly, this can result in some huge traffic for you. For instance you could exchange reciprocal links which could guarantee you loads of traffic for sometime to come.
