How long after I sign up will I be able to start
uploading my website?
If you are registering a domain name at the same time you place your web hosting order, our billing department will need to verify your order before it is processed. Usually this will take less than 24 hours. On weekends, it could take up to 2 days.
Otherwise, within 15 minutes of signing up you will receive
a welcome email with all the information you need
to start uploading your website, setting up your email addresses, or creating your website using
the Design Tool. Just use the IP address that is
given in the welcome email to upload your site and
view it on the web. When your domain name 'propagates'
then you can start using your domain name.

How do I get an additional website added to
my hosting account?
Shared hosting customers: To add additional websites to your hosting account, click the "Domains" icon (under the "Main" section in your control panel). Private Server (VPS) customers, please refer to the VPS Help Guide (Pg.13) for help on adding websites and configuring domains.
How do I get Active Server Pages (ASP) added
to my account?
Please

How do I setup Streaming Media on my website?

Do you place advertisements on my page?
Absolutely not. We will not place any pop ads, banners,
etc. on your website.
What platform do your servers run on?
We run in a UNIX like environment called Linux with
Apache web server software.
Will I have access to Microsoft FrontPage extensions?
Yes. We support all versions of Microsoft 98, 2000,
2002, 2003.
Do I have unlimited access to edit my site?
Yes. You can edit your site 24 hours a day via Website Source Hosting user control panel or through your FTP software.
Can I access my site with or without the 'www'?
Unlike some of Website Source Hosting competitors, with Website Source Hosting service
you can access your site with both (www.yourname.com)
and without (yourname.com).
Does Web Site Source support ASP?
Website Source Hosting offers the option of "Sun Chili!Soft ASP for Linux". There is no fee for adding this to your hosting. To request this option, please click here.
Note: We do not do any debugging of ASP pages that you place on Website Source Hosting servers. You should be an experienced programmer before attempting to use ASP.
