Restore from Backup Request

Backups: As stated in Website Source Hosting backup policy listed here, full backups are made weekly, and new/changed data is backed up nightly. No guarantees are made as to the successful recovery of lost data. The acceptable date range is within the past three weeks. Customers are expected to maintain off-site copies of their website's content. If loss of data occurs due to an error of Website Source Hosting, we will attempt to recover the data at no charge. However, if Website Source is not responsible for the loss of data (including customer error or negligence, hacking incidents, etc.) there will be a $30 recovery fee (no fee required if data is not recoverable).
