To request the Miva Merchant installation on your account, please complete the form below.

A Website Source Hosting technician will install Miva Merchant on your account within 1-2 business days upon receiving your request. The license number and instructions you need to setup your store will be emailed to you after the installation is complete.

NOTE: A fee of $34.95/month is required for all Miva Merchant licenses.

NOTE: Upgrading an account may involve moving your account to a different server, so we strongly recommend that you back up your site to your local hard drive prior to submitting this request.
